The translucent light lens covers the fan and light assembly and it secured to the grill. This light lens has tabs on the sides that snap into the grill, so tools are not required to install this light lens. The light lens is sold individually.

Hi Sheila, Thank you for your question. According to your owner's manual, the light lens has tabs along the side of it that hold it in place. To remove the light lens squeeze it gently to release the tabs. When reinstalling it, insert one tab on light lens into a slot in the grille/reflector combination. Squeeze the other tab slightly and snap it into the remaining slot. We hope this helps with the repair!
