Old grill assembly was removed and new assembly easily installed by compressing both holding springs by hand pressure. No tools were needed or used. Grill assembly was a perfect fit!

Broken lens/glass on bathroom exhaust fan light

Squeezed springs together and stuck them through the hole in exhaust fan, shoved springs deep into hole and seated bathroom exhaust fan lens/vent/cover. Either anyone can use this or I am the most awesome handyman that has ever lived, I am more likely to believe the first.
