Connector only goes on one way, so, once you determine that, you snap it in place, trim and attach the duct with whatever clamp and/or tape you have.

Required ventilation materials including your specialized transition part which was Essential to complete this Required for Home Sale Inspection In this state.
Thank you for having this essential part for us to complete our pr ep for putting our house up for sale.
Your part was easy to install. The rest of the project was more complicated. Attic projects are usually difficult.

The part came in and we put it on in under 5 minutes finished the whole job in 15 minutes. Nice, and the Home Depot guy said he had never see a square to round connector. Proved him wrong.
