Removed the cover, unplugged the motor, Removed the screws, removed the old motor, installed the fan on the new motor and reversed the order of teardown

Took off cover. Unplugged fan and took out 2 screws. Took motor out and replaced with new one. And pressed the new fan on the motor shaft. A very easy fix.

Removed the failed motor, removed the squirrel cage from the failed motor and attached it to the new motor. Reinstalled the new motor and the squirrel cage. Piece of cake.

1. Unplugged and removed the motor with the fan from the bathroom exhaust fan unit using screwdriver.
2. Disconnected motor from fan using pliers.
3. Cleaned fan.
4. Attached new motor to the fan.
5. Reattached the motor with the fan into the unit using screwdriver and plugged it in.
