Replaced thermostat and fan with new ones. Also replaced electrical box , the one that came with it didn\'t want to tighten good. Now heat lamp and fan working great again.
1. I first removed the fan motor assembly (two hex-head screws) and unplugged it.
2. Using a needle-nosed pliers, I pulled off the plastic fan blade (4-bladed).
3. I then simply slide the new blade on the motor post.
4. Then remounted the motor assembly, replaced the cover (held on by two springs).
