Turned off electric power to exhaust fan unit. Removed heat lamp and unplugged motor. Unsecured 2 nuts and lifted motor from box. Carefully removed fan from motor. Cleaned duct and box. Mounted fan onto new motor. Placed motor into original position and secured with original 2 nuts. Reattach electrical plug and heat lamp.
