Remove wheel, housing, and tensioner.
Note placement of moving block.
Remove spring pin.
Replace gear, spring pin, and moving block
Re-install wheel and housing.

Gear had teeth that failed and had broken off

Followed parts diagram provided by replacement parts website. Took parts apart according to how they showed fitting on replacement parts website. Used YouTube to figure out how to remove \"spring pin\", I ended up using the existing spring pin as I could not get new \"spring pin\" into the gear hole.
