Brand new 14\" band saw was moderately damaged from from what appeared to be impact damage.

Screw drivers, Socket set
1) disassembled entire machine to inspect/ repair any/ all damaged parts.
2) ordered new wheel tires, table trunnions, door closure stud, table angle scale, and miter gauge.
3) removed oxidation from all existing parts, lubricated all fasteners with anti-sieze, polished & greased all friction parts.
4) honed & waxed tabl e top
5) installed set screw hole & screw to top wheel axle housing.
6) installed new wheel tires.
7) replaced both broken table trunnions
8) installed missing table angle scale.
9) installed missing upper & lower door closure studs & knobs.
10) repaired damaged ( cracked/bent) upper wheel with epoxy metal. Balanced & corrected run-out.
11) painted all rusted surfaces.
12) Ereplacement parts , again, had everything that I needed, including a very handy exploded view of my machine.
