My repair was similar to other repairs listed before, but I did have to modify the trunnion shoes/clamps that fit inside the trunnions themselves. The aluminum casting on the replacement parts was thicker than on the OEM parts, so I had to use my oscillating belt sander to take off extra material on the sides of the shoes/clamps so that t hey could more easily slide around in the trunnions. After that it was a relatively easy repair.

I bought a bandsaw that was damaged and missing parts. Everything between the table and the saw frame was missing. These parts were ordered from eReplacementParts and received quickly, including the trunnions which i had been told were on backorder until at least September. Installation was pretty straightforward, bolt the mount to the fr ame, bolt the trunnions to the table, then install the table assembly to the mount using the special bolts supplied. Although i\'m still looking for a couple of unique parts (handles, etc), i now have a useable 14\" bandsaw.

In moving bandsaw the shoe inside of trunnion pulled through and broke both trunnions. I replaced with new parts but had to grind down both sides of shoes so they would fit into the new part.
