The clamp shoe attaches to the trunnion and is made of metal. This item is available as an individual replacement. This is a genuine Porter Cable part sourced directly from the manufacturer for use in band saws. A socket set may be needed during the replacement of this part. It will need to be replaced if it becomes broken or bent.
Unplug saw . Removed table by removing table tilt knobs. Removed the trunnions from table. Put new clamp shoe and hex screw together and place in trunnion ,then put bolts back in.. Now we put table back onto saw and tighten the knobs up . Ready to go. Note the parts that were replaced were made better than the original parts .Thanks erepl
