Missing parts and a scraping blade guard

It\'s a common occurrence, I needed a tool, but couldn\'t afford new. I\'d been watching eBay and a unit came up that looked like it had been through two or three careers. But I checked eReplacement Parts and saw that all the parts I needed to make it whole again were in stock. The replacement bands were easy to push onto the wheels, and the existing blade guard had a huge dent in it that made the blade scrape. It was a simple swap out with the new one using a few torx drivers. The front handle was missing, but that too was a breeze to replace with the brand new one. I put a touch of loctite blue and tightened it down with an allen wrench. The shoulder 3/8\" x 16 bolt provided by eReplacement Parts was a perfect fit. I also put in a new cord and cord protector. The hardest part was packing all the wires back in so the handle would close nicely. At the end of the day there are faster ways to cut metal, but nothing compares to the band saw in terms of accuracy. I can split hairs with this thing. Thanks eReplacement Parts!!
