This roller chain is a genuine Milwaukee component which is made for use with band saws. The chain is an important component that drives the roller. Over time it will wear out and may stretch eventually requiring a replacement to ensure your saw functions properly. This high-quality roller chain is made of durable metal and is sold individually. Check the owner's manual and the appropriate diagrams for your model to ensure the correct installation of the new component. You will need a screwdriver to remove and reattach the pulley in order to perform this repair.
Removed blade
Removed 3 torx screws for wheel cover
Removed snap ring and wheel comes off and sprocket and drive chain are exposed.
Remove the sprocket and chain
Put new parts in and put back together.
Easy
Removed the rear pulley, then the large sprocket, removed the broken chain. Put chain around the large pulley and the drive shaft, then worked the large sprocket onto the pulley axle. Then assembled all the parts in reverse order.
