This is a genuine Milwaukee replacement part, it is sold individually. It is used on all the Bandsaw models shown below. The purpose of the Front Blade Guide Assembly, is to keep the blade on the bandsaw blade tracking straight as you are cutting.. It also helps track the blade on the blade pulley. If your Blade Guide Block is in good shape and just the bearings are worn. You can order them individually under part number 02-25-0260. These fit both the Front and Back Guide Block. There are six per tool.

Removed the blade pulley cover, and removed the broken blade pulley. Placed the pulley tire on the new blade pulley and install the new pulley. Removed the front and back blade guide assemblies and installed the new ones.

Throwing a lot of sparks; cutting a little crooked; Cord was cut a few times and was pretty short.
Removed brush cover and old brush; dropped the curved end into brush holder and screwed brush cover back on; Do the same for both brushes. Make sure you have inserted the curved end first.
Remove old cord; remover two screws holding cord clamp in place; disconnect wires; and replace with new cord. I soldered a loop connector on
... Read morethe green ground wire and put solder on the naked ends of the white and black wired. Make sure the cord protector is on. Screw in the cord clamp and screw in the ground wire.
Remove blade and old tires, replace tires aligning groves of tires with knobs on wheels.
Replace front and rear blade guides. Each has two screws.
Replace blade
1. Removed the band blade
2. Removed the front and rear band guides.
3. Replaced both guides.
4. Replaced the band Blade.
5. Started making strait cut once again.
