Removed both the upper and lower wheels. Scraped and cleaned both wheels and then mounted new tires. I found clamping the wheels into my large vice helped as I stretched the tires onto the wheels. Because the tires are friction adhered, they fit tight and I used a flat bar to pry to stretch the tires onto the wheel. An extra set of ha
... Read morends would be helpful if you don\'t have a large vice. The tires fit perfectly. Care is needed to realign the top wheel once the blade is re-installed. I turned the wheels by hand to make sure the blade was tracking before plugging the machine in. Works great.
