2. Removed old tire and cleaned wheel of any stuck pieces.

4. Tire is tough so it is not easy to install but two of us got it on in about 4 minutes.
5. Center tire properly on wheel.
6. Reinstall newly tired bandsaw wheel and test it with the blade properly installed.
7. My new tire did not change any of the tracking settings on my bandsaw. Good Luck

I watched a lot of You Tube videos but they all used a belt ... Read more that stretched more so it was an easy job. Heating the belt in water didn\'t help me at all.
I heated the belt in an oven to 400 degrees F. I wore thick leather gloves to handle it.
I clamped as much of the belt as possible to the rim and then used two philips screw drivers to pry the belt over the wheel on my bench. When you get two screw drivers about 6\" apart with the belt halfway on the wheel you can pound on the top of the screwdriver handle to get the belt all the way on the wheel. A helper would probably be a benefit. I used the flat side of a wood chisel to center the tire by pounding the other side of the chisel with a hard mallet.

Warmed the tire in hot water
Clamped the tire to wheel
I held the wheel and slowly rotated it
Friend used 2 screw drivers to stretch tire onto wheel
Not a one man job.
