Unplug the power cord then, remove the pulleys. Install the tire onto the pulleys, then reinstall.

The \"tires\" on both wheels had melted and were a gooey mess. It was simpler to replace them and the bearings.

1. Remove the tension on the band blade and remove it
2. Remove the fasteners on both wheels and pull them out
3. Remove the fasteners on the vertical bearings and pull them out
4. Remove the fasteners on the horizontal bearings and pull them out
5. Clean all remaining gunk from surfaces using Brakleen
6. App ly a thin coating of oil to rotating parts
7. Reassemble
