Placed the bearing in the guide so that the blade is just about 1/32 inch from the bearing. Then set the blade guides in the middle of the blade and the thickness of a dollar bill between the blade and the guide.

Guide block bracket was broken

Nutdriver, Screw drivers
Remove upper and lower housing, remove blade, remove blade guard, remove broken bracket. Installed new bracket and new guide blocks, installed blade and adjusted guide blocks. Checked blade tracking, all ok. Installed blade guard and upper and lower housing. Part was a good fit, had to file one small burr for proper fit.

Stripped threads

Removed the bracket from the saw
Inserted the new guide blocks in the new bracket
Screwed in the set screws to secure them
Installed the guide bracket back in the blade guide assembly
Then adjusted the guide and blocks to the blade
