I watched the video about the replacement tire install. Thank you for the instructions because it was much easier. After soaking the tires in warm water I used a \"C\" clamp to hold the wheel and then I was able to work the tires around the wheel.

Just like putting a tire on the rim of a car, using a pair of round shaft screw drivers to work it on. Also, put the tires in a pot of hot water for five minutes before you start.

The tire is a rubber or plastic band that goes between the wheel that turns the bade and the saw blade. Putting a new one on is the same process as putting a new tire on a bicycle. Take the wheel off, use two screw drivers and pry the new \"tire onto it. I used spring clamps to hold it in place while I use two screw drivers to advance it around the wheel. A ten year old could have done it.
