Clutch pawl spring was broken and the anti reverse pawl was worn

1. Removed all cover plate screws and spool
2. Removed worn anti reverse pawl
3. Loosened screws holding clutch pawl bracket
4. Attached new spring, set in place, and tightened screws
5. Placed anti reverse pawl
6. Attached cover plate and screws
7. Re inserted spool
