Handle plastic nut retainer cracked & VBS braking collars worn out.

2. Remove the handle with a 10mm wrench
3. Remove the right side plate by turning the knurled screws counter-clockwise
4. Remove the spool
5. Remove the VBS collars by popping them off with your fingernails
6. Install the new VBS collars with th ... Read more e flange side facing the center of the spool
7. Re-install the parts in the reverse order only replace the handle nut with the new cap nut.
8. Replace the plastic nut retainer with the new metal one and line up the screw holes in the retainer with the one on the handle. DO NOT over-tighten the screw.
