The yoke spring attaches to the yoke and is made of metal. This is a genuine Abu Garcia and Pflueger replacement part that is sourced from the original manufacturer for use with fishing reels. This part is available individually, even though two may be needed. When replacing this spring a screwdriver and a set of pliers might be required during the installation process. It will require replacing if it becomes broken or lost since it is a very small part.
