KitchenAid Dishwasher Latches

This kit contains two door strikes, and three door catches to service dryer doors that have one or two catches.

NOTE: This part has been redesigned, it may appear different but will still function the same as the original.

Handle NOT included. This door latch with the switches is a simple on/off mechanism that prohibits the dishwasher from operating when the door is open.

This part is the door actuator for your dishwasher. It is made of black plastic and is approximately 3 inches long and 3 inches wide at its widest point. The door actuator is found in the control panel, and it releases the door latch when you lift the handle. As per the factory, this is an updated latch and you will need to order the strike as well - as per your model number.

This part is mounted on the top of the dishwasher.

Serves as a mechanical actuator for door switch operation and provides door tension for proper seal.
