1. Opened up the back half of the grinder.
2. Removed the power cord from its terminals.
3. Replaced the brushes on the stator.
4. Transferred the wire ends from the old power cord to the new one.
5. Plugged the wire ends back onto the proper terminals.
6. Re-installed the back half of the grinder.
