4 wires off & 4 on the new switch, then reassemble.

Milwaukee 6088-30 angle grinder bad trigger

1. Remove four or five screws in grinder handle.(t25 torx screwdriver and phillips head
2. Remove 1 half of grinder handle.
3. Remove trigger assembly. (allen wrench)
4. Replace trigger assembly and reattach wiring.
5. Replace handle cover and screws.
6. Test grinder.

took grinder apart, to get to the switch easy to remove. disconnected the wires to the switch and remove the old switch put new switch in reconnected wires to switch and put grinder back together using old screws. easy breezy...

Bad Switch

After disassembling unit and removing switch had to find a hardware store that had the screws to hold the wires to the switch. Which took longer to find the screws than it did to repair the grinder as the screws did not come with the new switch
