Separated plastic case took out screws for cord installed new one . Pulled out brushes and pushed in new ones and reassembled

Metabo Angle Grinder intermittently working and heavy vibration

1. Disassembled outer casing to discover worn brushes. Replaced brushes.
2. Discovered a worn bearing which caused excessive play on the shaft, replaced that too.
3. Also replaced the clamping nut which holds on cut off wheel/flap disc/whatever you are using.

Took me about 20min or more, but I wasn\'t in a rush.

Replaced two hole nut with quick change nut
