Open door on side of handle retained by 1 small phillips screw. Brushes are visible. Unplug brushes and remove old brushes, insert and plug in new brushes. Very simple to do. Very happy on this easy repair. $13 part 10 minutes work vs $200+ replacement... no brainer!
