Great service on a return!
I purchased a guard for my angle grinder from eReplacement about a year ago, but never attempted to attach it to the grinder. A year later I needed it and discovered it didn’t fit; I’d ordered the wrong guard. I contacted eReplacement customer service, explaining what had happened and ordered the correct guard; despite being way beyond the normal return-time policy, they gave me a 50% credit on the return. Much appreciated.
