This paddle assembly is an OEM part directly from DeWalt. Compatible with many angle grinder devices, this item works as an actuator. The plastic paddle is secured to the lock button, and is made to activate the power switch in the tool. The paddle assembly is sold as an individual replacement part. A hex key and a screwdriver are required for the installation.

The part arrived in good condition except I guess I ordered the wrong one. There's so many models of angle grinders. It looked like it might fit but don't.

Took cover halves off tail shaft of grinder, removed bad paddle switch,installed new one. Put tail shaft halves back together with screws. Done, BOOM!
