Open the unit up by removing the end plate (1 screw) then the side plate (3 screws I think). A flat head screwdriver is needed for this.
Note the routing of the wires through the frame and which one hooks to which side of the switch. Shoot a couple of cell phone pictures and mark the switch with a sharpie if necessary to remember w here the black and white wires go. I did that and I\'m glad I did.
Unhook the power leads from the switch using a screwdriver and remove the old cord.
Slide the rubber piece that prevents kinking of the cord and slide it onto the new cord because it will be reused.
Route the wires, hook up the leads to the switch then reinstall the side plate then the end plate.
That\'s it.

I watched a YouTube video on how to replace the power cord, and ordered the cord. I removed a few screws to open up the unit, and replaced the cord. A piece of cake!
