Bought a used grinder with no grinder guard, no flanges to hold the grinder wheels in place.
Installed the guard on the housing. Then placed the clamping flange on the spindle first, then a new grinding wheel. I then placed the round nut on the spindle and tightened it with the spanner wrench.
