1.Removed screws in sides holding switch.
2.Separate sides using flat bladed screwdriver.

3.Slide new grommet over new power cord.

Broken on-off switch, would not turn grinder on or off
Remove rear handle of grinder, one end of switch unplugs. remove two screws on other end of old switch and replace leads on new switch, making sure all connections are tight. replace rear handle of grinder.
