It is a genuine OEM sourced replacement outer flange that is utilized on Black and Decker, Porter Cable and Dewalt grinders. This part helps to secure the grinding disk to the shaft. A spanner wrench which is sold separately is used to tighten and loosen this hardware. It is made from high quality metal and it is sold individually.
