The plastic spring stem at the bottom of the handle broke off rendering the unit as this piece aligns when the spring engages to allow the motor to spin. The bowl replacement is backordered. Is there another part number for the spring stem? There is a screw which releases the handle to allow movement of the handle and access to the spring channel.
