This part comes directly from Delonghi. This O-Ring is used in multiple models of Delonghi coffee makers. The O-Ring is made from a high temp silicone. This O-Ring is used to seal steam, water, and frothed milk depending on the model it is installed in. The O-Ring should be replaced if it no longer holds a good seal due to cracks, tears, or becomes hardened. Caution should be taken to not over stretch the gasket when installing it.

This is one of the 2 gaskets on the frothier wand. I must have lost the original when cleaning the wand. This solved the problem. I was getting poor foam and it was spattering everywhere before this fix. The item was shipped and received promptly.

Hello Barb, Thank you for the question. There are three of these O-Rings in the Outlet Milk Pipe and the Steam Outlet. The O ring in diameter is 9.25mm and thickness is 1.78mm. Good luck with the repair!
