Product Description ?

This on-off switch is a genuine Bosch replacement item specially designed for angle grinders. A switch handles the on/off and variable speed functions of a tool. Because switches have internal mechanical parts that over time will wear our requiring switch replacement. It is mainly plastic part with some metal components. Includes one (1) switch per order.

Replacing this on-off switch is a relatively easy and quick task. You should be able to complete this repair using only a screwdriver.

• Make sure grinder is unplugged
• Remove handle/housing screws
• Separate two handle pieces
• Disconnect wires from the old switch
• Remove old switch
• Secure new switch in the housing
• Reconnect wires
• Reassemble and test your tool

    1.Removed screws in sides holding switch.
    2.Separate sides using flat bladed screwdriver.
    2.Unplug switch from main housing.
    3.Slide new grommet over new power cord.
    3.Attach new power cord to new switch with
    black and white wires in same position as
    old using phillips screwdriver.
    4.Attach switch to plate in main housing.
    5.Make sure grommet is inside housing, place
    switch in one side, place other side over
    switch and squeeze together, making sure
    there are no gaps.
    6.Replace screws in sides.

    Remove rear handle of grinder, one end of switch unplugs. remove two screws on other end of old switch and replace leads on new switch, making sure all connections are tight. replace rear handle of grinder.
