1. Open Lid
2. Remove old grates
3. Open boxes
4. Install new grates properly over defuser holes
5. Fire up grill and warm grates
6. Oil grates and warm up
7. Re-oil grates and bring to 350 degrees for 15 minutes to season grates
8. Shut down grill and let cool.
