1. Unplugged old unit.
2. Removed old fan/motor assy.
3. Transferred mounting bracket to new unit. 2 screws
4. Installed new assy. 2 screws.
5. Plugged in new fan.
6. Tested.
Worked perfect!!
I removed the cover from the fan. I removed two screws holding the fan housing. I removed the old fan from the housing and installed the replacement fan onto the housing. I reinstalled the housing and cover. No issues.
removed attachment bar from old fan by removing nut and washer and attached to replacement unit with same nut and washer. Then used screw driver to secure new into wall housing.
