1. Removed heater assembly from bathroom ceiling light/fan/heater unit.
2. Removed old heater element from assembly.
3. Replaced heater assembly with new element.
4. Placed heater assembly back into bathroom ceiling light/fan/heater unit.
5. Works as it should, wife happy!

Heater Element in Nutone bathroom heat/vent unit kept cutting off

Easy to repair. Removed cover, removed heater unit with a small socket, then replaced the heater element with screwdriver. 3 screws. Reassemble, reinstall. Has worked fine so far.

Removed old heater element system and installed the new one. Very easy and fast.
Just turned off the power and checked to be sure there was no voltage before starting.

Removed heater fan unit
2. Removed exhaust fan
3. Cleaned unit of lint buildup
4 Disassembled heater fan and removed fan blade and cleaned it thoroughly.
Re-assembled fan heater unit and installed
5. Re-installed exhaust fan unit after thoroughly cleaning.
6. Re-installed light and grill

Heater fan motor, hi-temp cutout opened and didnGÇÖt reset. Replacement heater fan unit was perfect replacement, repair was completed as expected.

Replaced heater element (three screws hold element to outside of motor--very simple replacement).
Popped out old lenses and inserted new ones.
Heater now works for duration of shower. New lenses greatly brightened up bathroom.

1 Removed grill and center cover from ceiling heat/vent.
2 Unplugged heater motor with heating element attached , one screw.
3 Removed old defective heating element with three screws.
4 Installed new element in reverse order with three screws.
5 installed heater motor with new element attached, one screw.
6 P lugged in heater motor with new element and tested unit.
7 Heater worked fine so I re-installed the grill and center cover.
8 Job completed in less than 15 minutes.

Installed new heater coil in unit assembly, then installed unit into the ceiling heater/vent . Reinstalled assembly, powered up. All is great, now have heat again. So glad I discovered ereplacementparts online. They we great to deal with, part arrived on time at a great price
