Removed mower deck but first had to remove drive belt for blades by depressing tension pully and sliding belt off pulls.
Next pulled pins that held mower deck, pulled it out from under mower.
7/16 boxed end wrench and a block of wood to hold blade steady and new blades off and on in minutes.
Reversed steps above to put mower deck on, cuts so much better.

First of all I had to cancel the appointment I made with the repair man to come to my home and replace my muffler/bracket, as I was not sure how to do the work myself. however, when the part arrived from Ereplacementparts, I seen that I probably could do the job myself rather than pay mechanic $85.00 to do the job for me. I then watched the repair video offered by Ereplacementparts and I followed the instructions and completed the job myself. I was so proud of myself that I told my wife and daughter what I did and saved some money for the family.

Removed the screws that secure the muffler to the engine. Then screw the new muffler on and attach it to the tail pipe. Then remove the muffler deflector off of the old muffler and attach it to the new muffler.
