How does the belt go on? I can get it on the large pulley. But the drive pulley is another thing. It seems the belt is not long enough.

Hello George, Thank you for reaching out. The belt is designed to fit tightly over the drive pulley. In order to assist with stretching, you may soak it in warm water to make it more pliable. We hope this helps!
