I broke the lamp holder while I was replacing the halogen bulb. Once I receive the replacement, how do I replace it? Do I put the lamp in it and then push the assembly in?

Hello Tom, Thank you for the question. You will need to replace the Socket before installing the Lamp and just pushed into place. We hope this helps!
