My pull string, somehow got caught between the lock washer and the socket where the jump starter fit.Do you have any recommendation? I wonder if you have seen failures like that, related to an engine problem.thanks

Is this a left hand thread like my trimmer head? Other units sole for this model are right hand thread which do not work.
