what is air gap between coil and flywheel

Hi David and thank you for contacting us. Loosen the magneto bolts and insert a business card in between the flywheel and the magneto. Rotate the magnets on the flywheel to the magneto and let the magnets pull the magneto into place then tighten the bolts down secure the magneto and remove the business card. I hope this helps and good luck with your repair.
