Is there a replacement part for the plastic cover that holds the edge guide? The piece that keeps the guide in place is broken and the edge guide flops up and down, cutting the string at the spool as it spins. It seems a shame to have to buy an entirely new trimmer just because a small piece of plastic is broken.

Motor spins but does not turn the line spool. Can this be repaired and if so, how?
Bob For model number LST300 - July 20, 2022

Hello Bob, Thank you for the question. We suggest checking the Spool for wear or damage not allowing it to spin with the Motor and Shaft it attaches to. The Spool may need to be replaced. If you need help placing an order, customer service is open 7 days a week. Please feel free to give us a call. We look forward to hearing from you!
