My little snow thrower has served me faithfully for 13 years. Today I took it out of storage and the oil started to pour from under the engine. I am wondering what could cause the engine to lose oil as there has been no sign of leaks during storage. Thanks for any info ,or, advise

Hello Karl, thank you for your question. While a snow thrower has been sitting in storage, it is most likely the seals that are seated in the part of the engine that holds the oil have rotted or disintegrated. The task of moving it will collapse the seals. We hope this helps.
