My chute doesn't stay fixed in my left or right direction. It moves on its own while blowing snow. What needs replacement?
Paul For model number 536881750 - January 14, 2023

Hi Paul, Thank you for your question. If you cannot adjust the chute, there are some parts that you will need to check to see which one is causing the issue. You will need to check the springs, the cable, the gears, the retainer, the pins and the brackets. We have included a link that you may reference on how to check these parts, https://www.ereplacementparts.com/repair-center/lawn-equipment/snowblower/can't-adjust-chute/. Once you have determined the part you need, please feel free to call customer service. We are open 7 days a week and anyone will be happy to assist you. We look forward to hearing from you!
