Does the rack have handles?

The top part of the bobber valve has detached and looks broken. Not sure if there was something else on top of it either. What part should I order. I've had this a few years now. Has the steam release part been redesigned? Mine seems different than the video. We've also moved and I can't find my owners manual.

Is there a "device" that extends up so that we can see when the Pressure Cooker is pressurized/unpressurized? Like the one on the Instant Pot.

Hello Len, Thank you for your inquiry. That would be the bobber valve and gasket, part# 193810000000. The bobber valve extends upwards when the inside of the pressure cooker reaches the ideal pressure level. We hope this helps.
