Is there a way of adjusting the belt tension? The belts keep coming apart. They stay aligned on the tool, they just break after about a minute or so. The Manual doesn't mention this.

Hello Ron, thank you for you for writing. Please ensure that you are using the recommended sandpaper. Grit numbers from 36 to 100 are good for removing material and work well with power sanders. Heat, humidity, and age can contribute to belt seam failures, but they're not the only causes. Check that your belts are turning in the direction indicated on the inside face. When not using your sander, release the tension on the belt. If you need help placing an order, customer service is open 7 days a week. Please feel free to give us a call. We look forward to hearing from you.
