what can I use to fix the router in place (a jig?) so that I can get accurate keyhole cuts?

Hi Kelly, Thank you for your question. According to your owner's manual, when routing straight cuts across stock, clamp a straight edge to the workpiece to use as a guide. Position the straight edge parallel to the line of cut and offset the distance between the cutting edge of the cutter and the edge of the router base. Hold the router base against the straight edge and rout the groove. We hope this helps!

how do I clean my depth ajustment ring?It is frozen, won't turn to adjust.

Hi James, Thank you for your question. If the adjustment ring is stuck, you will need to try heating it gently so it can expand enough for you to remove and clean it. If you use a heat gun, use a low heat setting. If you use a hair dryer, use a high heat setting. If you have any questions, please let us know. We are open 7 days a week.
