Router will not hold adjustment. Plunge lock lever will not tighten enough. Stop is in the way. Can I adjust it and if so how?

Hello Pat, Thank you for contacting us. I am attaching a link to your online owner's manual where pages 10, 11 and 12 talk about this. Page 12 will probably help you the most.
